In-Store Purchases
All jewellery purchases made in-store are final. Due to the nature of gold pricing and weight-based valuation, we do not offer cash refunds.
Good To Know
All Gold Ornaments purchased, jewelries ordered, irrespective of deposit or article returned will be calculated at market price less 18% on the gold rate and the cost of making charges will be forfeited. All purchased articles of precious stones studded jewelries returned will be calculated less 40% of the purchased price
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be allowed under certain conditions if:
- The item is unworn and in original condition
- It is returned within 3 days of purchase with tag intact
- You bring the original receipt
Exchanges are offered at our discretion and based on the current gold rate at the time of return.
Custom Orders
Custom jewellery and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned. We go through a clear approval process with you before production to ensure satisfaction
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please bring it in within 14 days for assessment,
Cleaning, Resizing, and Repairs
We offer lifetime free cleaning and in-store support for all Minora customers. Minor adjustments like resizing may be offered for free or at a small charge, depending on the item.
